What are they thinking right now?

iphone.pngAttitudes and trends change ever faster. New staff come and old leave. It is difficult to be updated as a manager. Certainly, we try to keep track of the management literature, we attend courses now and then, but how am I as a boss and manager really doing?

Today there are new effective methods to monitor what is happening. You can create a continouos dialogue concerning vital issues such as communication, motivation, leadership, management by objectives, teamwork etc.

Many managers have learnt to adapt our leadership style and our way of motivating to different situations and individuals. But how are we doing this in our everyday work, how successful are we in our ambition to be engaged and empathical managers?
