How to get started

If you want to try SurveyTool™ you may start with a “pilot”. A "pilot" is what we call a survey with a smaller scale where you have the opportunity to experience all phases of the survey - the planning, collection, analysis and presentation phase.

You can access the tool's features and experience yourself how easy it is to conduct a survey. Through the pilot, you can also create valuable involvement in the organization of the survey design and purpose of the survey.

Example of a pilot:

• You are planning to conduct an employee survey. Let a small department respond to the survey and receive valuable feedback on design issues at the same time as you ensure that you have the right background variables or coding questions to produce relevant reports and results.
• You are planning to conduct a customer survey. Let a group of customers you have a close relationship with respond to the survey to make sure that you have designed your questions so that your customers feel it is relevant for the. You have, in other words, ensured that you have an outside-in perspective.
• You are planning to evaluate a sales campaign. Let a qualified sales team respond to the survey and test the communication connected to the survey. It then becomes easier to optimize the response rate for your large distribution of questionnaires.
