Boxer drives development with the 3S Employee Survey

Suzanne Nygren started as HR Director at Boxer in the end of 2008, with the mission to develop leadership and implement corporate values in the organization. The Employee Survey is  a vital tool to drive development in the right connection.

- The existing Survey contained 120 items and we had difficulties to develop concrete actions based on the result of the survey. We wanted and easy and clear tool that was connected to our strategy and values. If thesurvey does not help us to decide how to continue our development and more quickly implement our strategy, and on top of that the results aren’t being used, then there is a limited value for us to carry out an employee survey.

Suzanne and the 3S consultants down sized the questionnaire to about 40 items. By using existing items follow-up of the development since the previous survey was enabled. The items that remained in the questionnaire are now all connected to the Boxer strategy and values.

- 3S has a view on HR-related issues connected to the business and how we effectively can drive change in line with our strategy that is very much aligned with our own view. Their work pattern and the tool providning customized survey and concrete results has given us in the management and our managers in all our countries much improved preconditions to use the result.

​

To ensure that the survey lead to strategic decisions and were being used locally 3S and Boxer jointly developed a very adapted implementation process. Boxer managed the implementation work and 3S facilitated and offered support in selected parts of the process such as individual coaching sessions with managers to prepare them for the process.

​

- 3S has competence of business development and change management, making them a valuable speaking partner. The can provide support if we need it, at the same time as they in the co-operation has the ambition that we should be able to handle as much as possible by ourselves. That matches our ambition to decrease our need for consultants.
