3S is a Swedish company who develops, sells and delivers tools and methods for Strategy- and Change Management. We have a solid background from change management and strategy implementation from top management positions and as consultants.

We help consultants and managers to carry out professional surveys to receive facts. We do this by providing Surveytool – a change driving tool and a professional method to collect facts in areas such as HR, marketing and sales.

What separates us from the market is that we apart from the webbased tool we also provide training, advisory services, support, survey formats (i.e. Customer satisfaction index, Employee opinion surveys, 360-degree surveys, Leadership surveys etc.), a survey method and an entire experience bank!

Through this our customers can choose if they want to carry out the surveys by themselves or if 3S should carry out the survey, or if it is better to do it together.

We have our head office in Stockholm, where our development, support and sales also is based. Today we are establishing local units in Spain, Finland and Norway.
